Billing Policy

1. Subscription Plans
AXION offers various subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Max) and Pay-as-you-go options. Specific features, usage limits (credits), and pricing for each tier are detailed on our Pricing page.
2. Free Trial
New users are eligible for a limited-time free trial (typically 7 days) which includes a set amount of credits. You will not be charged during the trial period unless you choose to upgrade early.
3. Billing Cycle
- Monthly Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- Pay-as-you-go: One-time purchases of credits that do not expire as long as your account is active.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
5. Refunds
Generally, payments are non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged due to a technical error.
- You canceled within 24 hours of a renewal charge and have not used the service during that period.

6. Changes to Pricing
AXION reserves the right to change pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice via email before any price increase affects your existing subscription.
